Just scoured that shack but pelo chemicals to be found. Other items are also not showing up for me despite showing up for others, so it looks like a lot of locations will vary. Annoying!
@Black-Dragon96, I just found this out today. There are actually THREE different locations, at least that I know of. I did a search, had a little trouble, but found this video: Note that I found it in the first location he recorded, and not in the place referred to on the map. I believe that spot @MikeMyth shows on his awesome map is the second location on the vid.
